In order to implement the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act, Dekpol Deweloper Sp. z o.o. is introducing the “Internal Reporting Procedure of the Dekpol Capital Group”.

Dekpol Capital Group introduces a Procedure to ensure the highest possible standards of business activity, free from potential violations of European and national law, taking into account its nature, scope and implementation of projects of high social importance, in order to maintain full transparency of the activities of Dekpol Capital Group and to implement good standards recommended for listed companies.
In order to implement the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law, Dekpol Deweloper sp. z o.o. introduces the “Internal Reporting Procedure of the Dekpol Capital Group”, the content of which is available at: https://sygnaapp.pl/system-zgloszen-wewnetrznych/dekpol-deweloper/
The procedure specifies the method of receiving reports of reasonable suspicions of actual or potential violations of the law, as well as follow-up actions in matters covered by the Act.
A report may be submitted by a current or former employee of Dekpol Deweloper sp. z o.o., as well as by any other person who is in any way connected with the company, such as an associate, contractor, etc. Reports of violations should be made in good faith and within the scope of the areas provided for in the Act. A whistleblower is only protected if, at the time of reporting, they had reasonable grounds to believe that the information reported was true and that it constituted information about a breach of national or EU law.
The Act provides for criminal liability for a Whistleblower who reports false information with full awareness of it, and in addition, the person slandered by the Whistleblower may claim compensation from them.

External submissions procedure
EXTERNAL SUBMISSIONS
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, the possibility of submitting an external report regarding a violation of the law has been made available. External reports may be submitted to the Ombudsman or public authorities, as well as organisational units of the European Union.
