We are a real estate developer from Gdańsk. We build flats, houses, condo hotels and commercial premises. We have an established position in Northern Poland. So far, we have focused mainly on the Pomeranian market, implementing development projects in cities such as Gdańsk, Gdynia, Tczew, and Jurata. However, we aspire to become a leading real estate developer on a nationwide scale. We have completed a project in Wrocław and are currently expanding our development activities in Warsaw and Wrocław.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate
The PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard contains a set of requirements relating to the company’s quality management system. To obtain a certificate, all requirements contained in the standard must be met in accordance with the above definition. A certificate of compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard (PN-EN ISO 9001:2015) may be issued by a body accredited by an entity authorised to do so. In Poland, such authorisations are granted by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA).
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Protection Certificate
The ISO 14001:2015 standard is an international standard for Environmental Management. It shows how to properly use environmental resources. The ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System is a set of principles and guidelines that should be followed by organisations that want to improve the quality of their services. Environmental management covers all issues affecting strategy and competitiveness, while the confirmation of the implemented system with a certificate can be used by the company to assure interested parties that the environmental management system is properly implemented.
Certificate 45001:2018 in the field of occupational health and safety standards
The system allows for the identification and analysis of potential threats and the assessment of the associated occupational risk, which is then used as a basis for designing and planning activities and programmes to improve employee safety. Defining responsibilities in the field of occupational health and safety and appropriate employee training allows for an appropriate response to any emergency situation.
EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 Certificate in the scope of factory production control
Certificate of Factory Production Control (FPC) confirming fulfilment of the conditions for factory production control in accordance with the provisions of the harmonised technical specification EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011, Annex ZA, concerning the product: steel structural elements up to EXC3 according to EN 1090-2 with anti-corrosion protection, without structural design, issued by Gesellschaft fur Schweisstechnik International mbH.

Confirmation of compliance with the EN ISO 3834-2:2005 standard in the field of production of steel structures, bridges, large-size tanks issued by the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting No. PL-W/EWF/025/1/11.
